The dispute between Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych, the declared winner of
the Nov. 21 election, and candidate Viktor Yushchenko in western Ukraine,
continues.
"A lot is on the line," a spokesperson said. "Whoever loses is going to have
to change his first name."
