Governments around the world have a duty to preserve the environment for
future generations - and particularly the atmosphere and oceans, which
are not only getting hotter but also deoxygenating. The potential
downside risk - including economic risk! - is massive, and governments
that pay these issues lip service or worse still make things worse are
stealing from the public trust.
