Disturbing but not exactly surprising. People whose (toxic) masculinity
is threatened will immediately have a violent reaction since part of
their identity is being challenged. It's going to take a while for that
culture to decline into irrelevance, but thankfully there are plenty of
signs that alternatives are in the ascendant.
