Want to make land use sustainable? It’s a wicked problem

These are really hard problems. Hopefully we will eventually get
governments willing to attempt them seriously, and honestly discuss the
tradeoffs and how we're going to deal with the consequences. Otherwise
we're going to end up with major economic and social problems.
