Portugal’s radical drugs policy is working. Why hasn’t the world copied it?

drops in overdoses, HIV infection and drug-related crime."

Via Muse, who added: "Brilliant! I remember suggesting this to a punk on
a Melbourne train. He didn't agree with me. I thought it was hilarious
the way people were shaking their heads when they disembarked. The
respectable looking young woman (on the way from a job interview) was
for decriminalisation of drugs and the punk was against!"
