Punchline: 'The labels and studios want to use Article 13 as a weapon
against YouTube, basically saying "give us all your money in a giant
license or we'll sue you over and over and over again." And, of course,
should they actually get that, the money is unlikely to make its way
back to any of the actual artists.'
