officials committed gross maladministration, negligence and unlawful
actions in drawing up the multi-billion-dollar deal to save Australia's
largest river system."
Via Lev Lafayette, who wrote: "In a normal and reasonable world [a]
corrupt stuff-up of these proportions would lead to the government
resigning within days. Unconscionable, negligent, and unlawful
behaviour that has destroyed Australia's biggest river basin."
