One thing I like about Millie is her willingness to elaborately set up a joke that's going to be funny only to her. Well, and hopefully to you, the audience at home.

I want to note also that "What?" is, if anything, Ozy's catch phrase. He ends up saying it a lot. It isn't that he's confused about what's going on around him, it's just that, well, look who he's surrounded by.
