Grandma's Easy Biscuits

Just one word... outstanding! Reminiscent of Almond Roca.

  1. Lay 24 Saltines side by side in a cooking sheet.

  2. Heat until dissolved:
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter

  3. Pour over the Saltines and bake at 230C (450F) for 4 minutes.

  4. Cover with 170 grams (6 oz) chocolate chips, melt and spread.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, whatever) and let sit at room temperature.
