An Iced Vovo is your basic white sugar cookie with pink and white icing and shredded coconut on top. It is renowned as the classic biscuit to go with milky tea.
I recall hearing an argument about whether Iced Vovos are phallic or representative of women's breasts. Though they are longer than they are wide, don't be fooled by the oblong shape. The white icing stripe down the center divides the biscuit into two pink pendulous shapes and they are called Vo-vos, not Iced Vo.
