My mother had the bright idea of making a popcorn ball turkey one year using this recipe. Weird.
- Bring to boil and boil for a minute:
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
- Add one small package of Jello (or jelly, you know the wobbly stuff)
- Pour over a heaping cooking sheet full of popcorn, mold into balls.
Buttering your hands before molding makes it easier to hold the hot
ingredients.
