"For 15 years, the International Association of Athletics Federations
(IAAF) has apparently been quietly contacting women track-and-field
athletes with high testosterone levels and issuing an ultimatum: Have
gonads and possibly part of the clitoris removed or take medication to
reduce testosterone levels…or don’t compete."
