"Last week parts of New York City received more than 8 inches of rain in a
24-hour period. Millions of New Yorkers headed out into morning rush hour only
to be stranded as subway stations closed and roadways flooded.

Honestly? I don’t know all the ins and outs of climate change, and I don’t
really trust scientist types any more than you do.

But here’s something else I know: Over the past decade, I have said the phrase
“I’ve never seen anything like this,” in regards to the weather, more times
than I can remember.

Something is different. Actually, lots of things are different. But let’s talk
about one thing that is definitely different than it used to be: Rain.
"

Cheers,
