Functions

The function room caters for parties of up to 100 persons (90 for wedding cocktail parties).

We can cater for both standing drinks parties as well as sit down dinner functions (max. 55 people sit-down). The facilities are also able to be used for performance, musical, dancing, seminar and meeting type gatherings. Please discuss your needs with our staff as our pricing structure is as varied as your requirements.

The room is an old chapel with an adjoining garden courtyard. Full bar is available - Licensed to 12 midnight. Lighting may be subdued for parties with added candlelight. Alternatively the stage can be spotlighted for performances. It is possible to come by arrangement in the afternoon of your event and place your own decorations (no helium balloons or it is not possible to use the ceiling fans! )

Finger food / Bar party:

Seated functions set menu in the chapel:

Room Rental $50 (plus per head for selected menu)

Seminars:

Full hire $150 per day (email for detailed brochure)

Dance Classes, Hire for music event, concert, meeting etc.

No bar $50
With staffed bar $200

The room rental does not include food. If you wish to order food please refer to the functions menu. A week notice must be given for your food order.

All food must be provided by our restaurant. Jean-Marie is a French chef and the food is of the highest quality (Nothing is deep-fried!). It is possible to order platters of finger food for your function.

If you wish to place a tab at the bar, please let the bar-staff know the amount and what it is on at the beginning of the evening.
