Red Faces is a segment from one of Australia's longest running and highest rating TV shows, Hey, Hey It's Saturday. It's a sort of talent competition, only focussed on vaudeville style performances. Each week three acts spanning from the sublime to the (mostly) ridiculous get a chance to compete. Some people never get a chance to complete their performances because the judges may gong them. An act is then followed by rather anarchic point scoring and all participants receive a hundred to five hundred dollars cash prize.
