What is Noumena City?

The Premise

The city has three super-beings.

When something disturbs the life-balance of Noumena's citizens, they manifest in order to set things right. However, since they are not a part of our world of time and physicality, setting things right can be disastrous to the individuals who get in their way.

It's a race against time to fix things before the super-beings do.

Premon

The Archangel of the Future. He is both fascinating and dangerous.

Lady Astrarche

(ast-rar-key) Goddess of the unknown and unacknowledged. She is the keeper of secrets.

Kroma

The spirit of flux and foolery. Kroma is the Buddha who manifests as a clown.
