As the DULY ELECTED MAYOR of Noumena City it is
my responsibility to inform the citizens of this
fine city of the arts that we are in danger.
The Super-Beings are again walking amongst us.

As such I must recruit as many of you as possible to assist in
averting disaster. Together we will end this manifestation (infestation?) of Super-Beings. I hope.
