Join Captain Hilly Harbuckle aboard the good ship Hadron for piratical adventures! Sail the particle seas of the transdimensional universe. Avoid capture by Admiral Gnorman Hedgetrimmer the Third of the Garden Gnome Gnavy. Quail at the presence of volcano gods from the fire dimension. Musical comedy theatre at its best! Have an ARRRsome time!


The People

Katherine Phelps: Writer/Director
Katherine was the writer director for the Glass Wings productions Pop Mashup: Happy Birthday Doctor and WizAz. Her website Bildung-o-rama in 3D is an internationally respected site about comedy for comedians. For seven years she lectured at both the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and Victoria University on storytelling for computer game design for which she has a doctorate. She has also written for Nickelodeon Cartoons. Her scripts have won awards.

Melinda King: Captain Hilly Harbuckle
Melinda played arch-villian Tard The Grumpy Cat in the Glass Wings production Pop Mashup: Happy Birthday Doctor. She also played Hilda Ströhe in the Glass Wings production WizAz. She is well known to Melbourne Fringe and Melbourne Comedy Festival audiences for her character Ivanna the 6ft Fairy. She is a yoga instructor, cabaret performer, MC, musician, and a professional clown. She also makes a mean lasagne.

Jackson Hall: Many-eyed Pete
Jackson played in the Glass Wings productions of WizAz (Producer Andy Fanboi) and Pop Mashup: Happy Birthday Doctor (Harry Potter). He performs as a professional clown. He's been frontman for the band Penguin Panic. Jackson played the role of Tock in the Melbourne Fringe production 6ft Fairy's Birthday Surprise. He's been a pirate, a cowboy, and a Brony since before it was trendy.

Caitlin (Coby) Yolland: Sirenia, the particle sea goddess
Coby graduated from Deakin University with an Arts/Science double degree. She majored in drama and psychology, achieving a string of High Distinctions in various theatre study subjects. She has been an impro performer, artistic director and producer for Exploding Heads Impro. For the 2014 Melbourne Fringe Festival Coby and Jaklene Vukasinovic wrote and performed in Ten Things You Can't Do on Stage.

Adam Lofthouse: Admiral Gnorman Hedgetrimmer the Third
Adam is the creator/owner at Flying Gerbel Production Studio and senior technician at Zax Amusements. He played Tito in Basin Theatre Company production of Lend Me A Tenor.

Colin Donald: Mbulu: volcano god, Gnome 1, Angel 1, Fish Minion 1
Colin has performed in many theatre, television, and film productions. In 2012 he won an award for best support actor for his role Dr Hopkins - psychiatrist in Just Act Normal. He has performed in French, German, and Russian plays. He is also a Shakespearean thespian and during one of his performances in Macbeth, found his cat under the stage floor.

Kian Jin Tan: Kiki: volcano god, Gnome 2, Angel 2, Fish Minion 2, and Choreographer
Kian Jin is an award-winning dancer. He is particulary skilled in Latin and won a first last year for his ballroom dancing. He choreographs for Glass Wings productions. In WizAz he played one of two characters known as "The Green Things" who did back up dancing.

Charlotte van Ewyk: Hamburger the Dire Hamster of Wemblonia
Charlotte is a stand up comedian and studio artist. She is also a member of The Melbourne Muggles, a Harry Potter fan club.

Thuan Nguyen: Green Thing
Thuan is reprising his role as a Green Thing from the Glass Wings production of WizAz. He is a member of The Melbourne Muggles, a Harry Potter fan club.
