Of course you know this whole "evenly cooked" thing just ruins actual kid
practice in marshmallow roasting.

A real kid burns the outside of her/his marshmallow, then pulls the burned
skin off and eats it. This is followed by putting the remaining marshmallow
back into the flames, burning it once more, pulling the skin off for eating
purposes, then repeating the whole performance until no marshmallow is left.

These grownups just don't know anything.
