"In her series "Representations," photographer Cynthia Greig paints
mundane items completely white and then draws around the edges with
charcoal. When she sets them on a white background in her studio and
photographs them from just the right angle, they no longer look 3D, but
take on the appearance of simple drawings instead.

She promises there is no digital manipulation involved..."
