"The chief psychiatrist responsible for the care of asylum seekers in
detention for the past three years has accused the immigration
department of deliberately inflicting harm on vulnerable people, harm
that cannot be remedied by medical care."

The government of Australia is committing criminal human rights
violations, and is refusing to hear any advice that they are doing so.
This should be subject to a Royal Commission with the power to refer for
criminal prosecution those whose response to repeated advice from
medical professionals about the harm they were causing was to terminate
the advisors.
