"Illegal fishing controlled by organised crime is a growing menace,
offering big rewards for low risk. But the seaborne raiders have a new
force to contend with. An army of amateur sleuths are spending their
holidays fighting back"

A very commendable initiative.  Fish are at serious risk around the
world, and as stocks fall and prices rise that may only get worse -
plenty of species have already been driven to extinction by exactly this
sort of tragedy of the commons.  Via glyn moody.
