"Once again, the book is an excellent read. It is not — as some believed — an
entire book dedicated to discussing possible solutions. Instead, it again
spends a lot of time making sure people really understand how messed up
copyright law has become, and then towards the end proposes a few, relatively
simple, solutions (which, frankly, may not go far enough). It talks about
things like bringing back formalities (i.e., make copyright opt-in again) and
shortening copyright terms."
Another excellent recommendation.
