I had a chance to watch the film of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe a
month or so ago. I had read the book as a child and loved it. As an adult I
was saddened and underwhelmed by the story. Visualising the final events of
the story suddenly made them more obviously horrific. This story grapples
with some of the problems in this sort of fiction.
