40,000 emails! Thank you all.

Once again thanks to everyone who reads these postings, whether via the
mailing list, the daily digest of the list, the RSS feed or the website.

We're now in our fourth decade and - admittedly with some accidental
duplicates - the previous post was our 40,000th!  I hope you will
continue to find value in our posts.  As they say: if you like it, tell
your friends!  And feel free to contribute or provide feedback either
publically or privately.
