We are currently in moving high-gear. We have to do the last of packing-up
this house this weekend, then greet the movers on Monday. Obviously, our
computers will be down for a few days come Sunday. We will also be harder to
reach via telephone until we are settled, but we are planning on having a
re-direct for awhile until we can arrange a sensible phone number.

The below survey was sent to me by a friend to help his partner Kim. For once
this looks like a straightforward survey, so I agreed to pass it on. Be sure
to let Kim know where you received the survey.
